1) I live on Eglinton Ave West. My commute time has increased by about an hour each way due to the amount of traffic towards blackcreek drive. I am just frustrated with the fact that the TTC has not announced nor created any campaigns ensuring that the public is aware of the status (progress) of the construction

Construction is bad and there is not really a way to get around this. It is Metrolinx and NOT TTC that is in charge, so I suggest you email your MPP or the Premier. While there have been some information campaigns, there will need to be more.
